The terms that apply to this website and to every project, care plan and payment with VISITOR2REVENUE.

These terms apply to this website and to all services provided by VISITOR2REVENUE, a business run by Mohammed Tanjim Hossain as a sole proprietor in Dhaka, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). “You” means the business that requests or buys our services.
Our services are for businesses only. By approving a proposal, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes.
Prices on this website are starting prices in US dollars and may change. The Project Estimator gives an indicative range only; it is not a quote. Your price is fixed only in an approved written proposal.
Each project has a written proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The project starts when you approve the proposal (by email or signature) and pay the deposit. Work not in the proposal is extra; we start it only after you approve its price in writing.
When the website is ready, we tell you by email and send the final invoice. If it is not paid within 30 days, the project is closed. In that case:
If you pay the final payment later, we will hand over the website if we still have the files.
Delivery times on our website (Launch 2–3 weeks, Growth 4–6 weeks, Custom 7+ weeks) are typical estimates. They count from the day we receive your deposit and assume your content and feedback arrive on time. Your proposal confirms your timeline.
If we get no reply for 30 days, the project is paused. After 60 days with no reply, it is treated as cancelled by you, and the deposit is kept.
Launch package: 2 rounds. Growth package: 3 rounds. Custom projects: as agreed in the proposal. A round is one combined list of changes within the agreed scope. More rounds or new features are extra work.
The first 5 clients get 20% off a website project. In return, you agree that we may publish a case study of the project; a testimonial is optional. Website projects only, not combined with other discounts, and the offer ends when 5 places are taken or when we remove it from the website.
If our work involves personal data you are responsible for (for example, form entries on your website), we use it only to do the work you asked for, keep it confidential and secure, tell you promptly if we learn of a data breach, and delete or return it when the work ends. Our own use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We keep your business information and access details private. You keep our proposals and prices private.
We work with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services, hosting, plugin updates or changes made by others after handover.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost profit, revenue, data or business. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or power failures, or government action. Timelines will be adjusted.
We are an independent business. Notices are sent by email. The proposal and these terms are the whole agreement. If one part is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version in force when you approve a proposal applies to that project.
If there is a disagreement, we will first try to solve it by talking, for at least 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and only the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh can decide disputes.
